The shop session cookie

outlet_basket contains a random session identifier. It links your browser to your basket, selected delivery country and security checks, and lets you access confirmation and receipt pages for orders placed in that session. It does not contain your card details.

It is a session cookie, normally removed when your browser session ends. Some browsers can restore session cookies when reopening saved tabs. Server-side session data becomes eligible for routine cleanup after seven days without activity; this does not delete permanent order records.

Staff sign-in

Approved staff can choose to stay signed in for 30 days. The shop_admin_remember cookie contains a random credential used only to restore the staff session. It expires after 30 days or is revoked by signing out. Public shoppers do not receive it.

Analytics and payment services

This storefront does not add analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies. Its basket/security cookie supports the shopping service you request. We do not treat continued browsing as consent to optional tracking.

When you continue to Stripe’s separate payment page, Stripe may use cookies and other technologies for payment and fraud prevention. Its own privacy notice and cookie information explain that processing. Hosting or security services may also use necessary security technologies; contact us if you have a question about a cookie you see.

Your browser controls

You can inspect, block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie prevents the basket and checkout from working properly; deleting it can also remove access to a receipt tied to that browsing session. You can contact us for help with an order using its reference.
