Warranty on outlet equipment
An additional commercial warranty is included only where the individual outlet listing expressly says so. Do not assume the standard CRUX or Lightwave warranty applies to an outlet sample, prototype, ex-demo or returned item.
This does not remove your statutory rights. Goods must match their description, taking account of their stated condition and any defects clearly disclosed before purchase.
